History and Background Information
Integrity House for Girls (Also called “Integrity House RTC”) was a behavior-modification program founded in 2002. It was marketed as a Residential Treatment Center for teenaged girls ages 12 to 18.
The campus was located in a house at 465 W 1600 N Cedar City, UT 84721. It appears that this address is now associated with another behavior-modification program, Havenwood RTC.

Abuse Allegations
On May 31st 2013, the Executive Director of Integrity House, Daniel Taylor, was arrested on charges of assault, child abuse, three counts of first degree felony rape and three counts of first degree sexual abuse of a child. This came after reports that he had sexually abused multiple girls at the school. In April of 2014, the charges against Taylor were dropped.
